Reading Time, about 8 minutes.
This is how the bottle looks on our family dinner table.
It’s how we elevate the flavors of our dishes.

Did you notice the smile —
the one on the yellow face with the brown hat, on the white slippers under the table?
My father bought those slippers for my sister-in-law.
She wears them only because she can’t criticize my father’s taste and style.

Here in Philly, we’re lucky to have such a diverse variety of cuisines.
If someone asks you, “What’s your favorite restaurant?”,
it’s a tough question — we have so many options!
The food is amazing,
so we can only afford to offer an equally amazing bottle as added value.
This Life is all about food! Okay… sometimes about shoes, but mostly about food.
At the end of the day, nothing beats a well-dressed table
surrounded by a few crazy friends.
And when we talk about friends, we also talk about the headache of finding a truly unique gift!

The holidays are here,
but we still wake up when it’s dark,
then spend the whole day rushing —
we’ve even forgotten why we’re always in such a rush. Unfortunately, it’s become an unhealthy way to live.
Of course, we go back home when it’s dark again,
and they dare ask: “Why are you depressed?”
Why? Because in the winter, we’re forced to hibernate like bears for about four months!
I truly respect people who love the cold,
though I still don’t understand what makes them so excited about it.
But this is Philly — we love our city as much as we hate it!
Even the people are, at the same time, nice and crazy.
We’re always confused by them, and we talk about them as if they’re never confused by us. :)
People in Philly are absolutely not fake.
We can be good, we can be bad, but here in Philly, we’re never fake!
Obviously, you can’t separate the people kindness from their own craziness — it comes in one package.
You have to work hard on yourself to accept people as they are, to keep your flavor safe within your soul.
And guess what? We still have to offer them a gift, because we love them anyway.

Talking about bears —I love camping in the Poconos, PA.

And of course, I love cooking too — but only when I’m listening to smooth contemporary jazz.
No singer, no words — just music.
I’m already busy in my mind, in order to listen all day to other people’s thoughts.
If I always have to listen only to your opinion,
tell me — what should I do with my own growing thoughts?
My name is Yassine. I’m 51 years old.
I’ve lived in Philly for more than 17 years, and it went by in the blink of an eye.
Fifty-one is a strange age… You’re not young anymore, but not really old either.
We start to understand life better just as we begin to lose physical energy.
This is precisely the secret of this life,
to recognize that our real and true world is our souls,
not our physical bodies, or all the stupid stuff we buy online!
- I'm obviously not talking about this online olive oil blend :) -
When we gain age, we become skilled at all kinds of dance steps in our minds,
but our feet refuse to move from the steady rhythm of a serene, straight spiritual path.
When goodness takes the lead in the soul, the body loosens,
and we mature into a beautiful candle — melting gently with a sweet scent for others.

I’ve been camping for more than 10 years,
and this past summer — July 2025 — as always,
I was looking for ways to improve the flavors of my dishes by using a high-quality olive oil.
I crafted a bottle with some nuts and other ingredients,
I was impressed by the unexpected result!
Hum... this is a good idea for business!
The pictures below show the first bottle I made for myself.

You can notice the bottle on the table, below in the video!

and this is the dinner picture, after cooking.

You can use this oil on almost any dish.
It can replace your salad dressing, elevate your seafood plate,
and even accompany your cheese board
with some honey on a toasted ciabatta bread.
The options are endless!
I even thought about adding honey — not into the blend, but alongside it.
The thing is, the bee is too busy to get involved in this business with me.
She is meant to be free and happy,
traveling through the hills, looking only for pure goodness from gentle flowers.
Listen, man — I’m telling you — if you’re not good with her
and she still stays with you, you’d better behave and get nicer, fast.
Because when she leaves you, you’re done.
And no, you can’t just drink this oil to recover. Well… you could. I don’t recommend it.
Because if you do, you’ll just become oily,
and that won’t fix the dry, dead heart you had when she was with you.
Sure, you might get back some peace of mind because she’s not there to drive you crazy anymore…
but you also know very well that there is no light without her.
It seems sometimes she is the only one
who knows how to heal you beyond your body's needs...
I know... she does not do it all the time, she'd rather prefer to drive you mad.
Now hold on — don’t get me wrong — yes, she’s crazy.
But in this life, there seems to be no light without going through storms.
If I’m sharing these thoughts,
it doesn’t mean I’ve mastered the solution. I’m still learning.
And the more you learn, the more you realize how little you know.
A human with true wisdom,
is like an honest tree heavy with ripe fruits:
the weight makes the proud tree bend into humility.
Well… I’m just trying to sell you a bottle of olive oil,
and look at me — talking about wisdom. :)

My grandma always used to say,
“Cooking is healing.”
Everyday, and several times a day, the need for goodness shakes our bodies,
So at first, we are attracted to food with our eyes.
If we feel welcomed by its colors, shapes, and artistic presentation,
we form a connection with it through our nose.
Then, if it truly matches at least who we are,
we step into its atmosphere of flavor with our tongue.
So we welcome this goodness,
within our hidden physical jewelry coffer, like an intimate guest,
and for a short while, it becomes gently sown into our souls,
So the Goodness grows, drawing satisfaction from our expressions.
And then… well…
comes the time when we sit comfortably with the weird grimaces on our faces,
through the bathroom experience!
At that precise urgency feeling, our lives become only about getting relieved
from that huge meal we had, from what we spent effort to amass.
Unbelievable,
we don’t keep anything from this life, not even the waste in our bellies!
Oh my God…
We are just travelers passing through this world.
Blessed are those who travel light!

The picture gallery below shows what I did and what I like to do.
Obviously, all of us, we don't eat like this every day!
Most of the time, just a simple pasta with olive oil and garlic,
is more than enough for a warm evening,
but these pictures are just to show you that
I really know what I'm doing with food,
- can't say that all the time about my life :) -
so basically, the blend I made is from experience and taste.
